Instructions
  1. In a bowl, blend the listed ingredients to craft a flavorful sauce.
  2. Marinate the chicken with the specified spices. Heat 1 cup of oil in a pan for frying. Cook each side for approximately 10 minutes. Afterward, place the chicken on a paper towel to absorb excess oil and achieve a dry texture.
  3. In a pan, heat 2 tbsp of oil. Sauté the vegetables for 3 minutes, adding chicken powder, black pepper, white pepper, and 1 tbsp of sauce for a burst of flavor.
  4. In a wok, bring 3 cups of water to a boil with salt and oil. Once boiling, add the noodles and cook as per the instructions on the package. Drain and rinse with cold water to prevent sticking, and lightly coat with oil for separation.
  5. In a fresh pan, heat oil and sauté garlic and onion for 2 minutes or until the garlic aroma emerges. Combine the sautéed vegetables with the fried chicken, stir for 3 minutes, and add the sauce. Finally, mix in the noodles for 2 more minutes, and your delectable Chicken Chow Mein is ready to enjoy.
